Complaints and Compliments


We understand that ensuring patient satisfaction impacts on health outcomes.


You are welcome to express compliments, complaints or suggestions about our service at Nebo Medical Centre through the processes below:


Verbal - the practice manager handles verbal complaints and time will be made in a private area to discuss.


Written - This can be handed into the reception in paper or emailed to us at nebo.awalmedical@gmail.com. Follow-up discussions with the practice manger will occur as needed.


Feedback Box - We have a feedback/ suggestion box that sits in the reception waiting room area in a private area. You can use this box to provide various feedback and can remain anonymous if you wish.


All feedback is documented in our clinic archives.
