The Team

Dr Awal is an experienced and dedicated GP, coming to Nebo for many years.

His main interests include skin checks, minor surgery and chronic disease management. Dr Awal is a supervisor and does teaching and training for doctors throughout the year. 

Tammy is a practice nurse at Nebo Medical Centre and can be seen helping with immunisations, procedures and health checks/ care plans.

Yogita is a practice nurse and also the practice manager of Awal Medical Centre.
She is an experienced nurse with particular emphasis on rural and remote areas, having a RIPRN qualification. 

Mary looks after the administrative side of the clinic behind the scenes. She is also part of the practice nurse team.

Ekta is an "all rounder" doing the administrative tasks at the front reception and also working as a practice nurse when needed.
